The fastest way to begin raising EB-5 capital is to affiliate with an existing USCIS-certified regional center. As of Q1 2019, the processing time for new regional center applications is approximately 18 to 24 months. Our partner, American Lending Center, operates 12 USCIS-certified regional centers in 18 states and the District of Columbia.
